After a year off the court recovering from injury, Reese has returned! This season she had some great success on the court that has been recognized with the ACC Player of the Year 2025.
April 22, 2025
University North Carolina - Chapel Hill
Thank you to everyone that came out Tuesday to support the Reese Brantmeier Project in its efforts to reconstruct 2 tennis courts in Reese’s hometown of Whitewater, Wisconsin for community use.
The players that participated were playing side-by-side with the ACC championship UNC women’s team in a fun filled night!
Reese started this project a little over 2 years ago with a goal of $200,000 to reconstruct the courts and insure 10 years of proper maintenance. With the generous help of an anonymous donor contributing $25,000 before the event the project got a HUGE push to the finish line coming into Tuesday’s event. The event at the UNC courts raised an additional $6388.
Hundreds of people are to thank for this successful group effort. Reese wants to thank EVERYONE who was able to participate in the April 22 event and is so grateful for the continued support of her passion project to give back to her community and support the growth of tennis.
Big thanks to the UNC women's team, coaches and staff for making this event possible.

This was the first year of the exhibition match and we want to thank the players that volunteered their time and skills to make it possible.
